Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)
General Nursing and Midwifery or GNM course is three years long professional, job-oriented course, which produce qualified and trained General Nurses, who can effectively work as part of the medical community. The academic program is of three years, out of which six months are dedicated towards internship. Internship is mandatory. After completing this course, successful candidates register themselves as 'Registered Nurse' or 'Registered Midwife' with State Nurse Registration Council and may work as a nurse in Government hospitals, private hospitals and clinics and public health nurse professional.
The GNM course of our institute is affiliated to U.P. State Nursing Council, Lucknow and the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.
Eligibility
The student should have passed class 12 (10+2) in Arts OR Science, and English with 40% marks. The minimum and maximum age for admission is 17 and 35 years respectively

Attendance requirement
The institute strictly enforces nursing council regulation of at least 75% yearly attendance. The student is not allowed to appear in the End Term Examination unless he/she has completed regular study courses and has put in at least 75% attendance. Students who avail more than the prescribed leave will be subject to a fine as may be prescribed by the Institute from time to time
